Once you have placed an order with Garden Relish, we will send confirmation of your order by email or by post usually within two days.
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days of order placement.

Our quality commitment means we can offer guarantees of up to three years on most items.
Teak is a unique and highly durable timber which offers natural protection against the worst of our weather. Its high oil content prevents warping making it the best choice for outdoor furniture. Garden Relish works with only the best craftsmen and manufacturers using timber which is kiln dried. The latest machines and tools are used to ensure maximum precision and our unique zinc plated steel inserts and corner brackets offer superior tension and strength. Extensive use of mortise and tenon joints secured by teak dowels and structural joints doweled and glued with the strongest materials allow a lifetime of vigorous outdoor use.
Money back promise
You can cancel your order anytime within 7 days of receipt. If you want to return an item for a full refund or an exchange of goods, it must be returned to us within 14 days of the cancellation date. The goods must be unused and in perfect condition which includes the product packaging otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
Faulty Goods
All of our products are quality checked before leaving us and our customers are therefore unlikely to receive faulty goods. In the unlikely event that this does happen, we will be pleased to exchange the product or offer a refund once we have verified the fault.
When you have received your order, if you are not completely happy with your purchase we will exchange the product (Please note this does not include delivery charge). If we are not able to provide you with a replacement then you are entitled to a full refund provided that it is within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your item has been returned and the fault confirmed (if returned for this reason) you will be credited with the full purchase price of the item. If you paid by debit or credit card the card will be credited, otherwise a cheque will be sent in GB£
